We are looking for an experienced tractor driver.

INPRAT is looking for a dynamic and experienced tractor driver to join our team. As a tractor operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating tractors and other agricultural equipment on school land. You will also have the opportunity to teach students tractor driving techniques and guide them in their practical field work.

Operate and maintain the school's tractors and other agricultural equipment.

Carry out agricultural work on school land, including land preparation, sowing, harvesting, etc.

Teach students tractor driving techniques and good agricultural practices.

Supervise students' practical work in the field and guide them in carrying out tasks.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural equipment.

Proven experience driving a tractor and handling agricultural equipment.

Practical knowledge of agricultural techniques and agricultural mechanics.

Ability to teach and communicate effectively with students.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Diploma or certification in the field of agriculture or agricultural mechanics is a plus.
